ด้วย สำนักงานเลขาธิการคณะกรรมาธิการแม่น้ำโขง ( Mekong River Commission Secretariat: MRCS) ภายใต้กองวางแผน มีความประสงค์เปิดรับสมัครที่ปรึกษาระดับประเทศ จำนวน 3 ตำแหน่ง คือ

1. National Expert on Fisheries, Sediment, Water Quality and Aquatic Ecologyto Support: a) The MRC Review and Update of the Preliminary Design Guidance (DG2018); b) The Review and Update of the Sustainable Hydropower Development Strategy (SHDS2019); and c) Implementation of Joint Action Plan for Pak Beng Hydropower Project (JAP-PBHPP)

2. National Expert on Hydropower and Power Planning, Hydrology and Navigation Lock to Support: a) The MRC Review and Update of the Preliminary Design Guidance (DG2018); b) The Review and Update of the Sustainable Hydropower Development Strategy (SHDS2019); and c) Implementation of Joint Action Plan for Pak Beng Hydropower Project (JAP-PBHPP)

3. National Expert on Socio-economics to Support: a) The MRC Review and Update of the Preliminary Design Guidance (DG2018); b) The Review and Update of the Sustainable Hydropower Development Strategy (SHDS2019); and c) Implementation of Joint Action Plan for Pak Beng Hydropower Project (JAP-PBHPP)
